This training will teach you how build community and create a safer space where people can be themselves all while giving you permission to be yourself!

WHAT TO EXPECT

This training is more than a series of tips and best practices for facilitating a group. This training is about who you are as a Peer Facilitator and finding your authentic facilitation style so that you can manage any group with ease.

By the end of this training you will have engaged in discussions and practices so that you can be prepared to know how to integration any facilitation skill into your unique style.

Feel more confident in your facilitation, know how you want to handle difficult group situations. Learn how to get a group to almost run itself.

Included in this training is a workbook for continued reflection as you facilitate.
